   • You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Inspection and Refunds
   • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If the item does not meet our return criteria, we will notify you and arrange to have the item sent back to you.
4. Exchanges
   • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or an alternative option.
5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Damaged or Defective Products
   • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@polotribe.in with photos and details of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
